REGISTRATION

Participants can register for the full course (Symposium + Laboratory Sessions) or only to attend the Symposium. Note that there are a limited number of places for the Laboratory Sessions.

Participation will be credited 1.5 credits according to the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). In order to get them ascribed to you, it is mandatory to attend the full program, i.e. lab session and lectures, and always sign the attendance sheet. It is also mandatory to provide a copy of the identity card/passport and the certificate of the higher education degree. You are also required to take an exam. If you want to receive the credits, please indicate your intention on the registration form or let us know email to bioimaging2014@ineb.up.pt.

Dinner and social programme:

The registration fee includes notes, lunches and coffee. Students should enclose a letter confirming their status signed by their supervisors. Registrations will be confirmed (by e-mail) after reception of the registration fee.

GRANTS
We will be able to fund 10 grants on a competitive basis to cover the registration of graduate students and post-docs willing to present their work at the symposium.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Please identify your name clearly and the Registration ID when ordering the transfer and send us a copy of the transfer receipt to bioimaging2014@ineb.up.pt.
The receipts will be issued only if requested and amendments will not be accepted.
Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted).
Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant. In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
